This Privacy Policy describes how Legacy Catalyst, a service of Wonder Family LLC (“Legacy Catalyst,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information in connection with:
- This website, duanezingale.com (the “Site”); and
- FCGclaw, our internal advertising automation application (the “App”), which connects to Meta’s Marketing API, Pages API, and Instagram API to create, manage, and report on advertising campaigns on behalf of Legacy Catalyst’s clients.
If you have questions about this policy, contact us at support@legacycatalyst.com.
1. Who We Are
Legacy Catalyst is a service of Wonder Family LLC. Legacy Catalyst provides digital marketing and advertising services to business clients, and operates FCGclaw as an internal tool to manage those clients’ advertising accounts on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information Collected Through the Site
When you visit duanezingale.com, we may collect:
- Usage and analytics data — such as pages visited, time on page, referring URLs, browser and device type, and approximate location, collected automatically through analytics tools (e.g., cookies or similar technologies).
- Contact form submissions — such as your name, email address, and any message content you voluntarily submit to us through a contact form on the Site.
2.2 Information Collected Through FCGclaw (Meta Marketing API)
FCGclaw is a business-to-business tool used by Legacy Catalyst to manage advertising on behalf of its clients (for example, a client business running lead-generation ad campaigns). Through its connection to Meta’s APIs, acting under permissions explicitly granted by each client, FCGclaw may access and process:
- Ad account data — campaign, ad set, and ad performance metrics, spend, and reporting/insights data for ad accounts our clients have granted us access to.
- Page data — Page-level insights, posts, and metadata for Facebook Pages our clients have granted us access to manage.
- Instagram business account data — insights and content metadata for Instagram accounts connected to a client’s Page.
- Lead-generation form submissions — when enabled for a specific client and approved by Meta, information submitted by end users through that client’s Facebook/Instagram lead ad forms (e.g., name, email, phone number, and other fields the client’s lead form requests). This data is retrieved solely to deliver it to the client who owns the lead form, for that client’s own marketing/CRM use.
Legacy Catalyst does not use FCGclaw to collect data from the general public directly. All data accessed via FCGclaw belongs to, and is processed on behalf of, our clients, who are the data controllers for their own ad accounts, Pages, and lead form submissions. Legacy Catalyst acts as a data processor/service provider in that context.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
- Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form;
- Provide advertising management, reporting, and lead-delivery services to our clients through FCGclaw;
- Maintain paused/draft advertising campaigns and ensure no ad spend is activated without explicit authorization;
- Comply with Meta’s Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and applicable law; and
- Maintain the security and integrity of our systems.
We do not sell personal information.
4. How We Share Information
- With our clients: Lead form submissions and ad performance data accessed via FCGclaw are shared with the specific client whose ad account, Page, or lead form the data came from, so that client can respond to leads and manage their own marketing/CRM.
- With service providers: We may share information with vendors who help us operate the Site or support our services (e.g., hosting, analytics, CRM platforms), under confidentiality obligations.
- With Meta Platforms, Inc.: FCGclaw operates on top of Meta’s APIs, so information necessarily flows to and from Meta’s systems as part of normal ad account, Page, and lead-form operation, subject to Meta’s own terms and policies.
- For legal reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Legacy Catalyst, our clients, or others.
We do not share Site visitor contact-form data with advertising clients or use it for FCGclaw-related ad targeting.
5. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy — for example, contact form submissions until the inquiry is resolved, and client ad/lead data for as long as we provide services to that client, or as required by the client’s own retention obligations. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, or to opt out of certain data uses. To exercise any of these rights:
- If you are a Site visitor, contact us at support@legacycatalyst.com.
- If your data was submitted through a lead-generation form for one of our clients, that client is the data controller for your information. Please contact that business directly; we will assist our client in responding to your request as needed.
Residents of certain jurisdictions (e.g., the EEA/UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA) may have additional statutory rights. We will honor valid requests to the extent required by applicable law.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site may use cookies or similar technologies to support basic analytics and site functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some Site functionality.
8. Meta Platform Data
FCGclaw’s use of information obtained through Facebook, Instagram, and the Meta Marketing API complies with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including the Data Use Checkup and Meta’s requirements around limited use of Platform Data. Data obtained via Meta’s APIs is used only to provide the advertising management and lead-delivery services described in this policy, is not used for any other purpose, and is not sold or shared beyond what is necessary to deliver those services to the relevant client.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Site and FCGclaw are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@legacycatalyst.com and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy, and any dispute arising out of or relating to it, is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Mobile County, Alabama. This provision does not override any mandatory data-protection or privacy rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction (see Section 6). This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site or App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
